Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Blyngo mobile app and website ("Blyngo", the "Service"), operated by Vicky Enterprises, a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Vicky Kumar Prasad) with its registered address at 214/A Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700039, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Blyngo.

1. What Blyngo is (and is not)

Blyngo is a discovery platform: it helps people find, host and join small-group activities in their city. Activities are created and run by independent users ("hosts"). Hosts are not employees, agents or partners of Blyngo, and Blyngo does not organise, supervise, endorse or guarantee any activity.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. Blyngo is strictly for adults; the Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow under-18 users.
• You must provide a valid phone number and accurate profile information, and keep your account credentials to yourself. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You may not use Blyngo if you have previously been banned from the Service.

3. Community rules and your content

You are responsible for everything you post — activity listings, photos, chat messages, reviews ("User Content"). You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk or harm other users, or discriminate against them.
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that infringes anyone's rights or privacy.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity or verification status, or create accounts for others.
• Use Blyngo for commercial solicitation, spam, pyramid schemes, gambling, or any unlawful activity.
• Scrape, probe, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service, or circumvent blocks, bans or rate limits.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Blyngo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it solely to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or the spirit of a safe community, with or without notice.

You can report a user or activity from within the app. We review reports and act on them, but we cannot pre-screen all content.

4. Safety at in-person activities

Blyngo activities involve meeting people in the real world. You attend activities at your own risk. Blyngo does not conduct background checks on users; identity verification (selfie matching) only confirms that a profile photo matches a person, not their character or qualifications. Use your judgement: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. Hosts are solely responsible for the planning, legality and safety of their activities, including any permits, equipment or insurance required.

5. Blyngo Pass subscriptions

• Optional paid features ("Blyngo Pass") are billed as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; Blyngo cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
• Promotional offers, including founding-member benefits (such as free access to Blyngo Pass features during the founding period), are described in the app at the time of the offer. The founding period and its benefits are provided at our discretion and may be changed, limited or ended at any time, including for new sign-ups, on reasonable notice in the app. Benefits already granted for a given period will be honoured for that period.

6. Termination

You may stop using Blyngo and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of listings, or uninterrupted availability. Blyngo does not warrant the conduct of any user or the quality, safety or legality of any activity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blyngo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from activities you attend or host, transactions between users, or User Content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blyngo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify Blyngo against claims arising from your User Content, your activities as a host, or your breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post changes here and update the effective date; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
